Thank you to everyone who submitted an abstract for the 2026 conference. The Scientific Committee is reviewing submissions and outcomes will be communicated to authors directly.

Submission Guidelines

The call for abstracts invited submissions across all six conference tracks. These guidelines are retained for reference.

  • Abstracts must be no more than 300 words, excluding title, authors and keywords.
  • Indicate your preferred track and presentation format (oral or poster).
  • Include up to five keywords.
  • Submissions must be in English.
  • Presenting authors must register for the conference once accepted.
